Growing up in Latin America and working extensively with the region Markus developed a deep understanding of its business landscape. Bringing his expertise to Europe, he bridges the gap between the two regions. Beyond his professional pursuits, Markus has a passion for surfing, trailrunning and pushing boundaries, all while seeking to make a positive impact on the world.

Klaus is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in Corporate & Investment Banking, having held positions at Santander in Chile, Uruguay, the USA, and Germany, as well as at Deutsche Bank. With his deep roots in Chile and having supported corporates across the region, he provides a unique perspective and extensive knowledge of the market. Being a regular speaker on conferences about Latin America, Klaus also brings valuable cross-border transaction expertise gained from his experience in Europe. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, trekking, and perfecting his recipe for the best ceviche in town.

Gonzalo brings over 25 years of experience in Markets. He embarked on his career journey in Santiago at Banco Santander, later transitioning to roles at Goldman Sachs (New York) and JP Morgan (New York and Santiago) where he held regional positions across Latin America. His expertise lies in fostering relationships with CFOs and CIOs of leading corporations and institutions in Chile, Colombia, and Peru, executing significant transactions tailored to each market. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing and mountain biking.

After graduating in Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICADE and ESB Business School, Ignacio earned his CFA ESG Certificate in 2021, steering his career towards sustainability and technology. His initial professional experience in Germany was in Private Equity at Mutares and later at Crossgate Corporate Finance. With a Spanish background and strong German roots, Ignacio combines the enthusiasm of Spanish culture with the precision of German culture.
